The mare and filly moved as one, there soft chestnut coats sending colours in all directions. Kanchana was worried, despite being home. There was talk of stallions, hellion and norm both, gathering together to take over each valley. But, she had a healthy daughter and that was all she could hope for. Omeya, or peace, as she had named her daughter pranced easily by her side. The long legs unstumbling upon the rocky surfaces. Her nose was flared, excited to meet her father. They paused upon the tallest hill in the lands, silent into the mare reared. Hooves flashed and she called to her king, her lover. It was time he met his daughter.
OOC: *head desk* i am sooo sorry...

ooc ;; it's fine. im really low on muse so mine is going to be even worse. Hearing the call of his absent lover, Cadifor thought perhaps he was hearing things. But then he knew it was real as her scent hit his nose. Happiness danced in his eyes as he took off at a full gallop, eager to see his queen and meet his daughter. He hoped she was as beautiful as her mother. When he reached the pair, Cadifor thought he would burst with happiness. "Hello, my love. Hello daughter," He said, nuzzling Kanchana first and then his daughter. He smiled happily at them both, so happy that he was beyond being able to put thoughts in to words.

The eyes instantly lit up at the sight of his large handsome build. "Cadifor," she breathed, nuzzling his warm neck and sighed with content. "Meet our daughter, Omeya," she said quietly, turning her head to look at the shaking filly. She wasn't scared, she was just so excited that she merely couldn't stand still. She looked to her mother, brown eyes asking and Kanchana gave a small nod. The filly launched herself at her father, bascially running circles around him and studying every single part visible to the eye. Kanchana chuckled, seeing the delighted foal prance around. "It is good to be home," she murmered to him, nipping his crest and leaning slightly into him. "Cadifor...I have a question," she said quietly.

Cadifor smiled as he heard his daughter's name. Beautiful, he thought to himself, smiling even wider. He watched as the filly quivered with excitement and this made his heart leap for joy. She was perfect, just like her mother. As Omeya launched in to an excited dance around him, Cadifor laughed and reached out to bump her with his nose as she ran circles around him. As Kanchana spoke about a question, he looked at her with his big brown eyes and said, "What question would that be, my love?" He smiled and nuzzled her cheek gently.

The red mare blinked slowly, thinking carefully about her wording before actually putting it to air. "It's about...this upcoming battle," she said quietly, pulling away to look at him properly. "What side are we on?" she asked softly, barely able to be heard over the excited squeals of her daughter. Kanchana owed Ashton everything, he had helped her many a times in her past and even some things Cadifor was yet to know about him. "Cadifor, Ashton is my father," she whispered, looking away for a moment before returning her soft gaze to him "I will not fight against him."

Cadifor pulled away from his mate and looked at her closely for a second. "My love, we will not fight on either side. Those who choose their sides may fight but I, and my offspring, shall remain neutral." He smiled slightly and lowered his head to nuzzle his daughter before returning his dark brown gaze to his queen.

She blinked slowly, bowing her head into a nod with a sigh of relief. At least, she thought, that she wouldn't have to fight. Omeya pranced along as if nothing had happened.
With a small thought, Kanchana shifted closer to Cadifor, liking the small contact between them. "You have my thanks..." she murmered then chuckled "I know it is hard to put together..."
