Sorrel
I cantered into the homeland of my news ally. I knew that this was not something that would happen normally, but I would see to it that he knew about the change of home for my herd.
Stopping I called, "Cadifor, I come to you with a message, my ally."

Cadifor tossed his head to the sky as he heard his friend and ally calling to him. Turning on his heel, he cantered in Sorrel's direction and slowed a few feet from him. "You called for me, friend Sorrel?" he asked politely, dipping his head in a quick greeting. He smiled slightly, glad that they had been able to overcome their past and look towards a better future.
ooc ;; sorry, short. x.x;;

Sorrel
"That I did."
I paused, dipping my head to him happily. I knew that was only polite.
"My herd is moving lands, and I still wish for our alliance to stay as it is."
I hoped he would not be against the idea. After all it was only a new thing anyway.

The silver stallion listened to his friend's words carefully, his reasoning for coming upon his lands and beckoning him as such. For that is what they were, or what they were becoming. Friends.
"A land change does not affect our alliance, friend Sorrel." He paused for a moment, wondering what else to say and then decided little else was needed to be said. "If you need any help with protection for your mares as you move them to your new lands, I would be obliged to provide this help for you." Cadifor smiled. He liked his new friend.

Sorrel
I smiled as he spoke, I was always the good listener. It was nice to hear him say that. "I might need your help as I have other mares tehre, but i am not sure at this time whether or not all of them are staying with me or not. At the moment only Dark Sunrise is."

"Well, I am sorry to hear that they may not be staying with you. Again, if there is anything I can do, just let me know." He smiled again. Perhaps he and Sorrel could get their herds together one day for a fun day. It would be nice to meet others and to have friends outside the herd. And he knew that his mares would enjoy that also.

Sorrel I smiled at him. "Again I thank you, Cadifor." I knew that I had made a strong ally in him. I hoped I could keep him as one though. Not many were interested in being allies with me and that hurt a lot of the time.
