Dappled light splayed though the trees, landing on the only figure in sight. She was barely a yearling, more a filly then anything else, but still she had been led here by some unknown greater force. Her pelt was of the deepest and purest grey, and was strangely familar, and was scarred in a familar pattern. This was not a count of a youngling. Her eyes were the oddest of all. Deep green in colour, but so full of sorrow and an ancient saddness. These were not eyes of a foal, yet to see her second summer. These were eyes of a horse who had spent many a summer grazing the fields of the forests. Boonsa sighed, the small head dipping into the water, her silk of a mane cascading over her muscled shoulder, as she drank in long draughts. What now? she asked the world What must I do now?The sad eyes searched the clearing she was in, wondering where she was and why she was here. Her thoughts drifted towards the picture she had seen, sent to her by the gods she guessed. It was of a group of stallions. 3 of them, standing side by side. The eldest, she guessed by the scars on his pelt, was of the purest cream silver. Never before had she seen such a wonderous colour. To his left stood a slightly younger one, she guessed this because of the lesser of scars but also because of his eyes. They seemed younger, less fille with anger and spite as the older one. And last, the youngest, she knew this because of his mere size and unmarked bodice. Each looked the same, but studying it, she could notice the subtle differences of the three. The oddest thing of all, was the feeling that she knew them. But, surely if she had seen such beautiful stallion she would of remembered it, or at least known there names. Thowra the name whispered on the breeze. Her head lifted, dappled soldiers looking for the source of the name once more, but yet it was never to be found. Kairva it was a different name this time...she knew it was the same voice though. Thowra... she paused, wondering why it had said the same name twice. [/size]

A filly tread upon the lands, a spitting image of her father. It was only slightly more red than his, due to her mother, Julianna. Maura was what she was called, princess of Snowy River Forest. Today was not a day for her to be claimed, for she was far too young. The young perlino had gone away from her home, to get a better view of all the lands. Truly, what she was doing was dangerous, but something seemed familiar about one of the faes. The fae was nearly six months older, but she fit a description she had heard her father speaking of.
Boon Boon? she asked herself, remembering what Thowra had told Maura about her. The young fae moved up to her, her ebony eyes studying her, to make sure she was the one Thowra had been speaking of. "Boon Boon?" she questioned aloud to the fae, who was much younger than her father had said the past queen was. It couldn't be. Could it?
Maura was baffled by this appearance. "I am Maura," she said finally, a confused look spread upon her features. "Princess of Snowy River Forest and daughter of Thowra and Julianna," she said, bowing to the fae before her.

The ears flickered, taking in the small voice and turned her bodice only to come face to face to a younger, creamy filly. She wass puzzled, wondering why she was here as well as calling her Boon Boon. "No...my name is Boonsa," she murmered, though continued to study the filly. Thowra? There was the name again. Three times now she had been told that name. "Thowra?" she asked excited "Do you know...Thowra..Kairva and Thowra?" she asked, stumbling in her rush of words as she watched the bowing filly. Maybe she could help her? Help her understand who she was.

The perlino fae knew not why it was important for her to find them, but it seemed urgent. Her name, it was nearly the same as Boon Boon's had been; it was similar at least. Maura was quite intelligent for someone so young, and it did not take her long to figure out the connection. The princess looked down to her small cream daggers casually and than back up, shaking her red creamy tresses.
"Yes, I know them," she said softly, wondering why it mattered if she was not Boon Boon. It was so odd that she wasn't...yet she was. Nothing young Maura could think of could make her comprehend what was happening. "Thowra, the oldest, is my father. Kairva is his son and the son of Boon Boon, who you remind me of. Young Thowra is the son of Kairva," she said, explaining who everyone was from the memory of meeting them the day her mother brought her home from New Life.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Boonsa," she said, still very disturbed by their resemblance. It was a nagging thought, a stubborn idea that would not leave her mind that they were the same. Thowra had introduced her to everyone...except Boon Boon because she was already dead when Maura had been born. Juli could have seen her though, but she doubted it. The new queen had heard of the same things as her daughter.

Thowra The huge cream and silver stallion moved through the wods. something told him to come here, to this spot at this moment. He knew not what. Maybe it was one of his ancestors, whom he sometimes thought about to figure out a situation?
He stopped though as if in shock at the sight of a mare who looked as Boon Boon did. He was shocked, for how could his Boon Boon be here? He watched for a minute when the mare told Maura that her name was Boonsa.
Then he strode from the clumop of trees he'd been hiding in and said, "I am Thowra, the one of which you asked about, Boonsa." Silent as ever but as caring and freindly.

The delicate mouth opened to reply, but quickly snapped shut as she jumped back in fright as a stallion entered the gathering. Not just any stallion...but him. Thowra, she mouthed the word and made no noise and silently compared him to her mental image. Every scar was in the correct place, every bump and scratch was clear. "Why are you familar," she whispered "how do I know you?" She shook her grey head, side to side just as the old Boon Boon used to and stared at Thowra with her ancient eyes. "What is the matter?" she asked quietly "something tugs at your heart...something....fresh..."

"You... are familiar to me... just like a mare who died in a great battle. My old Queen... Boon Boon."
It could not be her. She was named differently to the other. "You know of me though.. how?"
For once he was very confused. A thing he was not too used to at the moment.
He reach down and nipped the perlino foal near him.
"What are you doing here, my daughter?"

Maura stared at her in disbelief as she did the things, acted the exact way as Thowra had described. "I...I was called, somehow. I was kind of exploring but got caught off track," she said, shaking her creamy red neck back and forth. Now, the young fae knew that her father would warn her of the dangers of this place, mostly like any father would do. Thowra was an especially good father though, very protective.
The princess wondered whether or not she should go. It seemed like a personal matter, but it was quite interesting how Boon Boon had come back from the dead, somehow. No denying it was her, but it was impossible! Still, she should have been going, since there were many like Exile, who would take advantage of a young filly like her. Maura believed not that she was slave material.

"Please, next time you think about wandering off like this, let me know, so I can keep an eye on you. The last thing any of us want is for Exile to find you. I know he is an enemy and my brother who is Exile's ally would laugh if you were caught like that. While I am here though, you're safe, as there is no doubt that I would fight should someone try and take you from right near me."
The silver horse chuckled though. Then he looked back at Boonsa.

Boonsa eyed the two, stallion and filly and had to admit they were rather cute. Thowra seemed very much the fatherly figure. She gasp, memories hitting her at the mention of the battle.
Pain as her neck was broken. Darkness as she hit the floor and saw nothing no more. Her love...Thowra's voice was not near by to comfort her....
The flashing images paused and she reuturned back to where she was. "Thowra!..." she cried, tears running down her track, and her voice seemed older and more ancient then before "I died alone....you promised..." She looked at him and shuddered slightly, brushing the memories off and having no idea what she had just said. Looking at the creamy hided stallion, she felt confusing memories and feelings surface. "I..saved you didnt I?" she asked, ears flickering "you died...and I sought help...you came back."

"I tried to get to you, I really did. But there were too many between you and me. I remember, telling you not to fight, I had known there was something going to happen to the older Boon Boon." Thowra sighed, hanging his head. "It would seem you have all her memories in you, Boonsa."
He paused.
"Yes, you did, but your coming back now has surprised me, for I had not thought to seek out Hidden Illusion this time around. It would seem someone else is pulling the strings at the moment to do with you."

Ceelena...The name came forwards in her mind, helpful as always. His words, were they in reply of something? She did not remember saying anything to bring such a comment. "Thowra?" she asked "what made you say that? You tried to get to me?" She looked at him, puzzled, but decided to continue on in her questioning. "Ceelena....who is this Ceelena?"

He looked at her in some confusion.
"The memories you have are from Boon Boon, who was once my Queen before she died. Celeena is a unicorn she went to once when I died, and through giving up the ability to have any more foals, brought me back to life. Sadly, in the same battle that killed Boon Boon, Celeena fell, leaving her daughter, Hidden Illusion to take her place in the Land of Wishes."
He smiled kindly. "As for what made me say what I did, you seem to occassionally change, voice wise, into the same voice Boon Boon had, and you said: I died alone....you promised...I..saved you didnt I? you died...and I sought help...you came back."

She closed her eyes, the glassy depths of green hidden from view. Was she this Boon Boon? This old queen and love of this kindly stallion. "Who am I?" she whispered, she did not know any more.
Seek the daughter.. the wind whispered seek the daughter of wishes... She nodded once, agreeing with the wind and thanking it for its help and smiled slightly at Thowra. "The wind...told me to seek the daughter of wishes...Hidden Illusion.." she said and looked around, wondering which way to go.

The wind spoke agian but not at my asking f it. Here i was, King of the Wind, and yet I had not expected her to understand the words of the wind like that. "If you'll allow it, I'll show you where to find the land of Wishes... I have been there often, but only when needing help." He smiled at her, hoping that she would allow him to help. Then he looked at Maura. "You'll come with us, won't you, my daughter?"
