The king entered his lands, silver hide glistening in the sunlight and his thick, white mane and tail falling against the silver in a glorious way as the breeze drifted through his tresses. A new love had blossomed, and Cadifor was extremely light on his toes because of the feeling he had in his heart. Though he loved all of his mares equally, he always enjoyed a new love. The sensations, the excitement. A smile played on his lips and happiness danced in his brown eyes. He trotted along, merrily picking his knees up high to his chest. He truly felt like that king that he was at this moment in time.
He called to his mares, Kanchana and his daughter. He wanted them all to meet Tiana and he hoped they would make her feel at home. "Are you coming, love?" he called behind him to the young mare, turning his head slightly to look for the young beauty.

Freely, swiftly her pillars carried her up many, many slopes. Young she was, and the fae of ivory and earth was panting, panting with all her might to get up the last mountain. Never had she been on a journey so treacherous! A knowing was in her mind that she'd get used to it....eventually. Staggering up the last one, she did, nearly collapsing as she felt level ground.
Her eyes were dry from the sands of the desert that they passed through, and the smell of pine was carried on her pelt from the beautiful forest lands. They had also come to rocky shores and calm peaceful seas on their journeys. Tiana had enjoyed playing in the waters! They were cool and calming at this time of year. The mountains they had seen too. Ciera seemed to be her favorite, but they all made her feel happy. The Gemdas were glorious too. Lastly, the most dangerous of all they had come to: The Valley. Three dangers lurked there. One was a vampire. Blade also lived there, along with Demon of the Swamp. Rock slides they had encountered too, but luckily, Tiana had gotten out of the way.
Everything was so overwhelming! "Yes," she rasped. "I have made it," she said, looking to the other fae, who seemed accustomed to the secret valley. Very excited was she; everything from her tresses to her bright, young eyes seemed very alive! They were filled with love for the one who she had chosen. He looked so glorious too. It seemed like he didn't even break a sweat on the climb! A strong king was good, but knowing that he was wise already made it even better.

Red tresses spilled over her shoulder, the soft green eyes of the queen, Kanchana, searched the land for her love and his newest mare. The queen approached alone, her daughter already having left the lands. "D'fhág tú mo rí, ag imeacht uaim chun cosaint a dhéanamh ar na tailte ..." she murmered in Irish as her red nose rubbed his side. "A stail tháinig, ag éileamh ar an talamh agus bhí orm ár n-iníon a thairiscint mar mhalairt ar feadh bliana agus in aghaidh an lae ... D'fhág sé ar deireadh, ach Omeya dhiaidh ..." she whispered, head dropping slightly, before remembering the mare beside him. "Greetings fae," she said, eyeing the young beauty. Every day, Kanchana just got surer and surer that he would chose a younger, more beautiful queen. "I am Kanchana."
OOC: pardon the Irish XD havent used it in a while...im a little rusty.

Cadifor eyed his queen carefully as she approached, noticing the emptiness in her eyes and the fact that their beautiful daughter was not with her. His ears drooped slightly. "Tá mé chomh banríon mo leithscéal, ar fhág tú. Rinneadh ár n-iníon imithe? Níor éirigh mé a fheiceáil lei." His eyes were full of hurt as he imagined his daughter leaving with another stag that he had not approved of. "Tá mé abhaile anois, a ghrá. Agus ní bheidh mé ar saoire. Mo chroí ached nuair nach raibh mé sibh ar mo thaobh." He nuzzled her gently and then turned his gaze to Tiana. "We made it in one piece, yeah?" he said to the young mare, smiling at her. "This is Tiana. I am sure you will get along very well." Cadifor's large brown eyes were swimming with happiness as he looked back and forth between the two mares. He did, however, have a nagging thought that perhaps he should check on his daughter. His eyes turned to Kanchana. "Where did this stallion take our daughter?" He asked with a slightly demanding tone, though he did not mean it in a bad way at all.

Starlight Moon The black mare moved through the woods, knowing that she would have to ask Cadifor something soon. Black Flames had left us, our first daughter, and now the time came again for me to have another foal. I would have to ask him first though. Cadifor did not even know that our daughter was gone for the time being. She had left for the river herself, and i had seen Kanchana's goign away with that Fantasma. I had not liked him when I saw him, but that was my opinion and they did not needed to hear it. Then I smiled as i entered the clearing. "Our daughter as well has left, Cadifor," she said. She smiled at the new fae. "Hello. I am Starlight Moon."

"Nach bhfuil tú chun bac uirthi," she snapped quickly and quickly smiled at the beautiful fae. "It is a pleasure to meet you Tiana, I am Kanchana queen of these lands," she introduced herself and glared at Cadifor slightly. "A rogha déanta aici, agus nach bhfuil aon qish a dhéanamh ar rudaí crua ar a son. Cé má dhéanann sí ar ais, is féidir leat a dhéanamh agus is mian leat ..." she murmered it quietly, trying not to appear to rude to the new fae. She was speaking an unknown language to her, and not letting her know what they spoke of. She nodded to Starlight Moon in greeting and shot Cadifor another look and leaving it at that.

Tiana smiled, being able to pick out certain words of the Irish language. In their journeys, they had met ones that spoke Spanish, Irish, and many other tongues. "Greetings, Kanchana," she bowed. Her words and actions...would hopefully please the queen and other fae that she would have to live with. It could be pleasant though, only if they both wished for it to be. "Tá a fhios agam ach beagán," she said, hanging her head. She could only say a few things in Irish, but she would learn, hopefully, as she learned of them.
"Tá brón orm cad é a tharla," she said easily, remembering many passing horses say that to her mother. Monila knew a few languages, it seemed. Not exactly did she knew what happened, just that it had been something displeasing to them. There was something going on with their first born, Omeya, as they called her. Monila had told her of the stag that she had gone with. Many days had she thought of meeting him, but things had been said about him. She did not know what was true or not.

Cadifor studied Kanchana for a moment, taking in his queen's reaction, and then shook his head slowly, turning his gaze them to Starlight Moon as she approached. "Black Flames has left as well?" He was slightly dumbfounded that so much had changed since he had left for the great battle. His eyes turned to Tiana as she spoke his native language, though she was not a knowledgeable as he and Kanchana. Cadifor was slightly ashamed for using a different tongue in front of his new family member and he nodded to her. "Enough of my language, let us speak in a language we all know." He smiled and then looked to Kanchana, waiting to see what her response would be.

Kanchana bowed her head slightly to Tiana in suprise, her halting yet familar language was a kind gesture. "I am sorry dear, just a lot has happened as of late...welcome to Faoi Thionchar," she smiled warmly and nodded sadly to Cadifor. "Yes love, I am afraid she is gone...alas, some began to wonder if you would ever return," she murmered sadly and nuzzled him gently. "I am sorry for snapping at you dear.." she whispered, rubbing her nose against his neck "I just worry sometimes." She sighed and shook her head out, smiling once more at the new fae. "Come, allow me to show you the wonders of our home," she said kindly.

The fae bowed her head to the queen once more, thanking her graciously for welcoming her. Tiana had given the land a twice over now, but there had to be hidden secrets that were not available to the inexperienced eye. Today, she was three years old, and it was the most happy day of her life. Finally, she was an adult, ready to make her own decisions.
"I would love to see the lands," she agreed joyfully, galloping a few strides but falling back into a trot beside the queen. They had seen some really pretty sights, and one stallion had even shown them a beautiful mountain ridge that he called his home. It was a long time ago, back in another whole set of lands. His name, she didn't even remember. All Tiana remembered was that he was kind to them.

"Black Flames has left as well. I don't know whether she found someone or not. I haven't seen her in weeks." Starlight Moon sighed. She was worried that someone had found her daughter and they were not nice. Black Flames was her only daughter so it seemed right that she worried over her daughter.
The fae was only young. Too young really to leave here.
