Koupa trotted though the lands, her teeth still snapping at the harmless little filly. "Why do I get to drag some useless little thing like you around," she grumbled, coming to a stop at the border of the claiming grounds. "Go now," she commanded, glaring at the filly and waiting for her to leave and wander the claiming grounds. Maybe some other idiot will find her and turn her to a slave, it was a good idea.

Friehiet She did not understand what had happened to her. One minute her mother was there beside her in Red Sun. Then she was in her true father's home. Now here, abandoned. She did not look back as she walked away to explore the new place that was home. She'd heard of this river, and though she was only... days old she knew the terrors here. She sighed, moving out of sight of the mare... then her legs crumpled... OOC: Mirage is going to be watching her while she waits

The midnight-coloured fae slipped quietly into the silent lands. It was early, and the day had not yet heated up. Her earth-stained orbs flitted over the land, as she all but floated over the ground, hooves making no sound.
Like a Mirage she was, and Mirage was her name. Queen to Demon of the Swamp, she and her love remained in their lands for most of the time. It was no wonder only a few had seen the wraith-like fae.
Her gleaming tassels were draped carelessly over her shoulder. She knew not why she had left her land today, but all she knew was that a restless urging had compelled her to come, and she did.
A flash of movement caught her eye, and the queen turned her head. A foal limped into view, before crumpling onto the soggy ground. Uttering a little gasp, the beauty cantered forward, pausing beside the young filly.
Nudging her worriedly, she nickered quietly. Would she wake?

"No hope..." she muttered as her eyes slid shut. Tired, oh so tired she was. Abandoned and with no where to go, she knew she had little chance of surviving. She knew there was not much chance for her. There was only one other place she could go and she kenw she would not be able to walk another step for a while. Red Sun. "So... alone.." she mutted eyes shut. Then someone came up to her, and she winced, worried it was the mean one... She opened one eye though and looked up at the tall odd mare. "Eep." she squeezed her eyes shut frightened badly by the other horse.

I wandered along, taking my time as I looked for others to join me in Red Sun.
Then I caught a flash of black, a mere flicker of it. I moved quickly, wondering if it had only been my imagination. But no, there was indeed another there. I heard a faint voice, and followed, till I saw the two.
Friehiet was lying in the soft, wet grass of Alaknanda, with a strange fae standing beside her.
"Friehiet!" I said softly, coming up to her, my green eyes darting over her small form. It didn't look as if she had been too badly injured, but she seemed completely exhausted. I nuzzled her neck gently, my flames small.

The tiny little palomino head looked up at the sound of a voice she actually knew. "Xan?" she asked, looking up at the bigger stallion. She knew who he was and where he was from. Red Sun. Her first home. The place she had played happily with Hope. She sighed though, she was so tired though.

"Yes, it's me. Your mother has been spirited away by Niagra already. She should be waiting for you there with Therthis again." I said quietly to her, bowing to the black fae as well.
To the strange one, one that blended in with the surroundings so well, I spoke gentle words as well. "Thank you for watching over Friehiet. However, her mother is no doubt anxious to see her again. I will take her to Red Sun, and Therthis' queen can watch over her should Moonslight not be there yet."
Again I turned to Friehiet, my green eyes upon her. "Can you walk to there? If not, I can travel the distance carrying you. None will be likely to attack us."

The filly shook her head in answer to the question. She just wanted her mother. She was too yougn for all of this. Her mother called her Freedom,a nd she had freedom now, but any of Blade's herd would know she was his daughter. Yet she looked too pale to be a palomino, more cream in colour really. Like Blade's full brother. "no." She said only that word, but he would understand, she was sure.

I nodded, then gently picked up the little filly, gently grabbing her neck in my mouth, lifting her up. With a slight nod to the strange black mare, I trotted carefully away, making sure not to hurt my precious burden.
