She slunk into the lands, dark bodice merging perfectly with the shadows of the trees and rocks, as the cold, white disc of the moon glowed above her, situated in the cloudless sky. Opal glanced around, her ice-blue orbs gleaming in the dark, as she stalked through the silent woods with barely a rustle. Paws landed lightly on the leaf litter, as the she-wolf wreathed between rocks and ducking below branches. Her sharp white sabers flashed as she paused, mouth open, and tongue lolling as she sniffed the breeze.
Good.
No one was about yet at this time of the night. That was how she preferred it to be.
Her tail giving a slight wag, Opal moved further into the lands, trekking to a place she knew not where.

Soul Render A snarl was a common sight on his grey maw, as he traced the path he always took through the river with padded grey feet. Not one other wolf had he seen for a while and he longed to have another in his pack, causing chaos like he did for Blade. Then this white ang grey wolf with the wierd green markings on his body stopped, catching the scent of another wolf. not only that, but a she-wolf. This was not something he expected and he ran towards the smell, green orbs eager in the drakness. He stopped near her. "Greetings."

The navy-hued fae padded forward, her velveteen paws making no noise on the soft forest ground. Icy orbs glanced around warily, as her paws followed a well-worn path only the wolves could scent. It wound around the land, and she followed, all her senses sharp and alert for any unusual scents of predators or prey.
Opal’s sleek pelt gleamed healthily in the moonlight. A twig snapped to the right of her, and her head whipped around, just in time to see a rabbit hop out of sight. For a moment, she debated running after it, before deciding against it. She had just eaten anyway; better to leave it for one who had not.
The sound of bushes being carelessly brushed aside caught her attention, and Opal froze like a startled squirrel caught in a car’s headlights. A wisp of scent drifted towards her. A male wolf.
Narrowing her eyes, Opal turned to face her new acquaintance-to-be. She bared her teeth in a snarl, as she crouched slightly, ready to fight or flee.

"Greetings. I am Soul Render." he backed off for a moment, before meeting her snarl with one of his own. He was no weakling and she would know that now. She would not be able to push him around. Not this time.

Opal remained crouching, her fur bristling warily as the other wolf spoke, before his lips curled upwards in a snarl. The navy she-wolf narrowed her eyes, though her ears pricked forward.
"Soul Render," She acknowledged, straightening up warily. Her coat gleamed and muscles rippled under her pelt as she stared at Soul Render, icy blue eyes staring in green.
"What do you want?" She asked coolly, never flinching, though is strange colouration surprised her. No, it would be foolish to show emotion before you have gauged the strength of a possible enemy.

"not a fight, if that's what your worried about. No, I search more for others to join my pack in the valley." It was simple what he was saying, he would not dare to try and avoid things that he knew were the truth at the moment. He cared not for those who hated his kind. Blade needed more spies in his home and what beeter to have in that job than wolves? They were good at sneaking and finding out information. He knew that.

The she-wolf blinked her orbs in a rare show of surprise, before smoothing her face into a mask. She remained in position, cocking her head and pricking her ears forward slightly. Interested.
Giving Soul Render a curious, searching glance, Opal uncoiled her tensed muscles, forcing herself to relax. She stepped forward, blue coat glowing vibrantly under the cold, white light of the moon.
"Why should I?" She returned, not in suspicion or hostility now, but curiosity. Her gaze took in his green pelt curiously.

"I seek only people for the pack within my homeland. Though there are horses there, they don't have much to do with us really. Only when the king of the land needs something found out will he even bother us all. Other than that, we are able to do what we want."
