Ghost looked down at Zoe. "You know I don't approve this. I couldn't stand to lose you. Please consider going home," he said softly, nuzzling the pup. He begged for her to now let this war be the end of her. A pup had no business in the lands of Corus fighting. Ghost did. He had things to finish there. He knew it would be dangerous and didn't really want Clearwater here, but he knew she was a capable fighter. He sighed, not wanting to give in to Zoe but knowing that he would.
Fantasma watched as Thowra bickered with his prized mares not to go into war. This was the time when all that happened. He was so glad that his only fae was not joining them. She was so young, and he would be terrified if she did come. Although he had just met her, he could not lose her.
Sangita smiled. "I must. I will fight for all that is right, for you," she said, knowing he must want her to go back where she came from. She would not though...ever. Sangita was in Ashton's lands, and she would fight with him. She was so sure that he would not perish. She would try not too. Even though she was strong, it may happen.
Amani walked over to Erosaf, nuzzling her before they would head into war. It was dangerous....of course, but he knew that she was as strong as a stallion. "Be careful," he said softly, nuzzling her. He hoped that he would see her again...after this.
Flame nuzzled her gently, smiling. "Don't worry, I will return," he said, trying to reassure her. He wasn't even sure himself though. So many were saying their goodbyes around him...it was saddening. Hidden could probably sense that about him...that worry that was set in upon him. He was nervous, but he wouldn't show it.

"hello every one" i said and bowed to them all smiling. i moved my red dragon like wings around as i watch a blue roan stallion walk in and he looked unhappy.
Blue Jay
i galloped in after hearing that call and came if there was something to get ride of Cours i was happy but now i was goning to have him come back to the land for my answer to his reguest which would be a no. i nooded my head to the others than walked over to Fire Fly a mare that had come to my land a little while ago "hello Fire Fly" i said nodding my head to the others around includeing her bothers
Silver Hurricane
i moved to the land as i heard a stallion calling for all to come so i just came and looked around at all the larger normal horses. i jumped up a tree to look at what was going on. well i watch and wounder what they would think of me a horse cross feline.
White Whisper & Golden Rainbow
we flew in and landed me and my sister had come just becuase we might be useful. i a unicorn, pegaus and my sister just a pegaus. we looked around and just stood at the edge looking at who was here right now.

OOC: D.D. and I decided to do a bit of combining, since we don't want to have to switch places and all, and get her logged in, blah blah blah, so she's sticking her post into mine.
LOL, this is already getting a bit confusing, and it'll get more so!!! WHEEEE!
I looked at Honey and Spice, sparks flickering over my body. "Honey, Spice is very nearly grown now. A few months and she'll be a mare. If she shouldn't fight because of her age, then in the same way, you should not fight because you are with foal." I said to her quietly. "Spice can stay close to me, so we can fight together. I'll take care of her while you go with the other hellions and unicorns. They'll need the help, and Spice and I will be able to handle ourselves."
Therthis looked around at the latecomers, then quickly moved to Xanerath and muttered something in his ear. At his brother's nod the beta of Inferno Plains moved forward.
"To answer a question I heard asked by one of you, I will speak as well. The question was: do we have a chance, and how many run in Inferno Plains. For the first part of this question, I say yes. My mother was a unicorn, though since she grew up among hellions she never knew the healers' law. One day she and my full brother were attacked by three hellion stags. She defeated them, and she and her son managed to suppress their ability to produce fire. Hellions are able to defeat other hellions, just as you are able to defeat another of your own kind.
To the second part of the question, my answer is this: there is Corus, his queen, and royal foals. There is Spitting Flames, Tiger Lilly, Jeu De'Sprea, and at most two other mares. There is Exile, Temia, and their foal. Of them, Jeu De'Sprea is pregnant, and has no will to fight. Tiger Lilly is not likely to either, nor would she be a challenge if she did. Trainwreck and Shattered, the heirs of Corus and Armada, are inexperienced, and Shattered has shown no bloodlust. Those two could probably be taken by a few of us halfbreeds. The ones in Inferno Plains to worry about are Corus, Armada, Spitting Flames, Exile, and Temia. Perhaps even Temia's foal, though young, will join. They are the ones that will cause the most trouble. Their allies, compared to us, are few. Four, maybe five, at the most, plus subherders. And even the subherders may come to join us, as I see Midnight Sun has." then the black backed off some, his head high. "I'm halfbreed, but I'm of a unicorn and a hellion, so I'll go with the unicorns and hellions attacking Corus and his queen."
I nodded slightly before turning and greeting the late arrivals. Then I turned slightly and spoke to Ceelena and Hidden. "I expected nothing else of you. However, Fire Fly and Therthis, as well as others do not share in your philosophy. I thank you for offering your gifts of healing, for they will be needed."
Near to him, Fire Fly shook her flames a bit, then smiled at Blue Jay. She had a plan as well, but no one would know of it till the sides met on Bimibisaar. Then would come the Ace in the Hole, for she had known of Xan's plan for a time, ferreting out her brothers' secrets as she did. "Hello Blue Jay." I said quietly, nuzzling him softly.
Snow Dawn barked at Modet as soon as she saw him, her tail wagging. Then she turned to the other horses and wolves. "I have fought and hunted alone for most of my years. However, in this, I will hunt with the other wolves."
(DemoDerby)
You trot over to join Smplicity, your steps measured for endurance. You have traveled hard, coming as quick as you could, only to find that you're late. Again. Perhaps you should begin sooner, or move faster, you think as you nuzzle your only mare. You wish she weren't here, but it seems pointless to argue with her since other mares have come as well, some standing alone, others in groups with their stags. "I, Thane, of Still Waters have come as well to help." you say, your green orbs watching all around you.
Demon of the Swamp isn't far behind the other black stag, and he recognizes those he saw in Alaknanda. The ground around him turns to mud, like a swamp land. Soon, the swamp horse's queen would show up as well. Few had seen either the strange black stag or his queen before, for they had traveled little since leaving Carrick Cliff. "Greetings, all." he said, his voice a thin rasp. To them he was almost as bad as a hellion, like a demon, for he was strange. "Take on hellions? My queen and I will be of some service if we attack Corus and his queen from the sides. We can blend with our surroundings, so they won't see us coming.
Third of them was Bat Wing, who landed neatly, ever so perfectly, the picture of grace and agility... Right outside of the circle, where he had wanted to go. "Oops," he muttered, sighing slightly. "Lo, I'm Bat Wing, a wanderer." well, he had been around Vandin Place anyhow, so he may as well join them...

Phoenix Here, a loosened bellow could be heard, a strong, proud cry rang across these plains, as a powerful figure, a small dot in the bright, blue sky circled once, twice above the group of horses down in the flower-filled plains. His strong wing beats grew louder, increasing in volume till it could be heard distinctly, and his tresses of fire could be seen flickering brightly, sparks tossed this way and that by the strong winds up in the air. Where they landed, however, they simply disappeared, extinguished as though they had never been. Closing his wings, Phoenix sped downwards, forelegs stretched out to brace the impact of his landing. He collided with the ground with a muted thump, raising his elegant head proudly and shuffling, folding his wings neatly behind his back. The grey stallion’s eyes brightened as he spotted his mate, Sundawn. Uttering a delighted whinny, he trotted sharply over to her, giving her a loving nuzzle before nodding to the rest of the horses. Some he recognised, some he did not. “Greetings, all,” Phoenix spoke, courteous words spilling into the air.
Blizzard Barely a few moments had passed, before the sounds of more hoofbeats could be heard. A delicate, petite mare with a pelt as white as snow came trotting elegantly in; her beautiful head raised high as her long, silken tresses draped over her shoulder. As she walked, it seemed as though a cloud of radiance surrounded this stunning equine, and all the horses and life – plant life included – seemed to glow with more life and spirit. This mare was blessed Blizzard, queen of Valeska, mate to the one and only Ashwin. Her warm brown eyes scanned the corwd of horses as she paused, mane and tail waving slightly, searching for familiar faces. One stood out, among all the rest. A delighted nicker broke through her lips, as the ivory queen cantered towards her stallion, halting beside him and pressing her pelt to his, nuzzling his neck lovingly. Looking up, she gave a slight smile, nodding politely. “Hello,” She murmured shyly, stepping closer to Ashwin.
Mirage They say two’s company and three’s a crowd. Well, a crowd it was then. As Blizzard settled into place, another mare entered the clearing. Few had seen her, and those who had spoke strange tales about her. About a ghost horse who could disappear like mist into the swamp and surroundings, sometimes seen as a dark flash, sometimes never seen at all. This mare halted at the edge of the trees, cool brown orbs resting lightly on each shape, before settling on the one most beloved and most familiar to her. She smiled coyly, her ebony pelt seeming to blend in with the plant life till she almost looked like one of them. She jogged forward, seeming to shake off the shadows which cloaked her. Months, years of practice in life and especially her swampy homeland had honed her skills. She was no master, but neither was she a mere amateur. The elegant, exotic-looking mare paused at Demon’s side, hooves sinking into the soft ground unconcernedly, as though she did this every day of her life. Well, that was probably true. Forelock covering her eyes, the wraith-like mare nodded to the rest of the equines. The fae touched her muzzle to the swamp horse’s, looking at him silently as though the two were communicating without words. When she spoke, her voice was a contrast of her mate’s dry, thin rasp. Lyrics flowed out of her maw, voice melodious and clear, seemingly soft, yet loud enough to be heard throughout the whole clearing. “I, Mirage of Carrick Cliff have come.”

Everyone seemed to nod. Stars-Sam though was worried. "Please no one kill Spitting Flames," he muttered. Though she hated him, he cared about her. She was his sister after all. "I do not want to lose my only sister." But it was his doings that had caused her to be over there in the first place. Lubra looked at him. "She won't show us any mercy, Sam. I know she is your sister, but she was delighted to be traded for me, you know that." "I know, but that makes things no easier for me. No matter the arguements, she is family. And pure hellion, unlike me."
Honey sighed. "Very well. Look after her. I go after those other pure hellions personally." Her black flames spat at the air, seeming to grow larger with the blooodlust igniting in her. She knew he would keep Spice safe for her. She could trust him. "I don't nee d ababysitter!" Spice exclaimed. "You fight by his side or you do not fight at all!" Honey growled. The younger mare sighed. "Fine!" she muttered in defeat rolling one eye.
Thowra sighed. "I might be only half hellion, but i am goign after Corus. He and I have unfinished business that must be dealt with." He was thinking of the way Corus had hurt Quiet Whispher.
"I can heal, but I fight as well," Erosaf said. "No one evil will stand and live when they meet me."

Ceelena rubbed her head against her mate, breathing in his scent and committing it to memory. Only they knew what would truly happen when the hellion king died, and time was running out.
Ashton lifted his head, listening to Sympathy as he spoke before talking quietly. "I planned to, but I doubt it will happen..." he sighed sadly, not because he wouldn't fight the king alone, but that so many others were offering their lives to keep his. He nodded slightly to Kay, remembering the mare well. Every single horses and wolf he knew. Every foal, fae and stag he knew by memory. He was one of the people, not just a king. He nodded to his mare's, expecting nothing less from the tough herd.
Zoe looked up at her adoptive mother, licking her cheek gently and turned to look at Ghost. "No...I will stay with you," she said quietly, stubbonly and still she felt no fear of what was to come. She knew death would come to some, it was clear in the air. But she would stay with them, her parents.
Boon Boon shook her head quietly and Kairva glared at his queen. "My king," the old dappled mare said quietly "I will fight...for I have graced this land for a long time now and will fight to keep it the same..." She laughed quietly, remembering when Ashton, the king of them all, had been a mere stubbon colt. "My time is almost up anyways...and I would rather die fighting for what is right other then waste slowly away." She nuzzled him gently, closing her eyes and lent into him.
Kairva sighed, staring at his beloved his gentle eyes. "Please...my love...I cannot bare to lose you," he whispered, pain arching though his normally tough interior. "Please...go home and keep our son safe." He nuzzled her gently, hoping it wasn't a lost cause he was fighting for.
Ashwin froze, moving to speak to Ashton but stared blankly at the spot his queen had appeared. She shouldn't be here! "Blizzard," he said nuzzling her gently but then pushed her away. "Go home...please....go home, stay safe.." he begged her, trying to push her back the way she had come.
Kanchana eyed the stallion who had stolen her daughters heart, as well was trying to take her home from her. Despite herself, she could not hate him for it, he was a kind a gentle creature and only wished for a home to rule. "Greetings Fantasma," she said to the stallion, her tones laced with her natural accent.
Hidden Illusion smiled up at her mate, leaning into him gently and savouring the time they had for the time being. "I'll keep you safe," she promised with a smile.
Desert Sun greeted his queen and two mares. "White Whisper, Golden Rainbow," he greeted the two beauties, a smile came onto his maw as he noticed that his whole herd were here. Oh! How proud he was, his precious herd willing to fight as hard as anyone else.
Sundara glared down at his small queen, and huffed a sigh, nipping her gently and gave up. "Don't get hurt." He looked at her pointedly, knowing he would fight not just for his own life but just as hard for hers.
Charme looked at her mate, ignoring his words and stared into the silence. She would fight, nothing would stop her from for what was right. Hades, her father was dead, and Cours would get everything he should of got. Hell of earth.
Anuk growled slightly as the foolish cub approached with his sisters. "Both go home," he said gently, not wanting to be cruel but he loved them as if they were his own and he did not want to see them getting hurt. He didn't even was Anata to fight, but at least she could and well.
Falesha looked at him and tossed her silken mane. "I will pull my weight, I will not have others think of me as weak," she said and ducked her head to tug at her furry friends ear. "Mactire will look after me," she said and the wolf growled with agreement.
Saoirse stood to the edge of it all, wondering if her long missing king would come. She dearly hoped so, for they needed him. She needed him. The aged mare sighed deeply, lowering her head and tugged at some grass, not knowing any of the other's here but for a mere few.
Idi looked at her mate defiently, her maw still giggling for that was who she was. "My king, allow me some fun..you never know, our son may be born a fighter," she said and winced slightly. It seemed the foal was agreeing.
Everyone paused, listening to Xan and his wise words. And suddenly a voice spoke up, a voice never heard before. The mare appproached him, ignoring the stares and seemed to glide about the ground. Moonlit Phantom stood tall, speaking in a soft and poetic tones.
"Because I could not stop death, He kindly stopped for me; The carrige held but ourselves And immortality.
We slowly drove, for he knew no haste. And I had put away My labour, love and lesurise for his chivilty.
We passed a school were children played, Their lessons scarely done; We passed the fields of grazing grain, We passed the setting sun.
We paused before a house of that seemed A swelling of the ground; The roof was scarely visable, The cornice but a mound.
Since then it is centuries; but each Feels shorter then the day.
Everyone stared at her, suprised that she had spoken and both what she had said. It made no sense...what was it about? Was it a prophcey of some sort? Or maybe just a long, poetic ramble.
Moonlit Phantom bowed her head, disappearing back the way she had once come.
OOC: Saphira..who do I have with Phoenix? XD And btw...1009 words XD I beat you Erosaf! And I was gonna write more...but I thought I'd give u half a years reading not several XD

Red Death snorted a bit as he walked over to the circle of horses. Many were stags, and yet there too, were entire herds. Fire Fly hadn't lied; it would be a glorious battle. "Hello sons, my daughter." he said, nodding to everyone.
I practically jumped out of my skin, hearing his voice. I turned my head slightly, flames shooting upwards as I saw him. "Father... What the devil are you doing here?!" I said, shocked.
Therthis' reaction was worse though. He practically bolted, his dark eyes rolling a bit. Farther away though he saw Fire Fly smiling slightly. She didn't seem to be surprised, though maybe a bit annoyed, as if something hadn't gone quite the way she had planned it. Planned... "Fire Fly!" he said angrily, looking at her with a glare across his face. "Why did you call him?! We don't need his help!"
Fire Fly looked over at Therthis calmly, a smile on her features. "Not he, they. Omera's come as well." she said, then bowed slightly to her father.
A more shocked stag there couldn't have been as Therthis looked at his half sister. "Are. You. Out. Of. Your. Fiery. MIND!?" he asked her, stomping his front hoof at her.
"Now, now, Therthis. If I didn't know better, I'd say that you're scared." said Red Death, which elicited an enraged look from his black winged son.
"I'm not scared. I'm bloody angry." the younger stag responded through gritted teeth.
"Don't worry, it's only temporary. I was thinking maybe do a bit of wandering here, but other than that... It's been years since I've had a fight, and mine and your mother's times are nearly here. Best to die on a battlefield then put to pasture." the painted hellion said.
I tossed my head to both, and Therthis bit back his retort. Red Death looked over at me and I began to speak again, reexplaining the plan to the latecomers. full hellions, and full unicorns who were willing would go and attack Corus, Armada, and the other experienced hellions. Normal horses would focus on the allies, and half breeds with unicorn or hellion blood would attack other half breeds. Simple enough.
"Is everyone ready?" I asked finally, looking around the circle.
There were Therthis, Fire Fly, Heart of Gold, Karanos, Niagra, Yarraman, Snow Dawn, Modet, Thowra, Ashton, Ashwin, Demon of the Swamp, Mirage, Anthendora, Honey, Spice, Midnight Sun, Wildfire, Charme, Sundara, Desert Sun, Dragon Wing, Blue Jay, Silver Hurricane, White Whisper, Golden Rainbow, Bul Sagaw, Bat Wing, Star, Sky Fire, Thaneliel, Simplicity, Jegathema, Ghost, Zoe, Fantasma, Sangita, Amani, Erosaf, Flame, Kanchana, Sorrel, Sigaf, Ultimus, Nightshade, Bearla, Sundara, Rain Dance, Idyllic, Dearmad Realta, Saoirse, Boon Boon, Kairva, Bella, Ceelena, Hidden Illusion, Flame Dancer, Arthas, Dark Storm, Bel Bel, Blood Cinnamon.
There too were the twins, Alexa and Alexya, with Cirrus, Clearwater, Golden Bullet, Golden Dawn, Golden Sun, Hot Sand and Stars-Sam, Snarlfang, Saphiron Sapphire, Ailio, Ana, Moonslight, Delmarva, Moon Fyre, Falesha, Mactire, Kasinda, Luikawa and Sakarr, Aatu and Anuk, as well as Anatu, Gladiator, Kyra, Sympathy, Snowflake, Snowbane and Snowflame, Baru Dengin, Blade, Starlit Midnight, Immortal Flame, Raivata, Hugo, Mabaya, Cher...
They were great in numbers, and greater in strength. Of their triumph, there was no doubt.
"If so, then it is time to challenge Corus, king of Inferno Plains!" he said, knowing that some wouldn't be alive to see the day that the black horse was dead, and his army gone.

Omera wasn't far behind her king. She nodded to her son, now tall and strong. He had his own son, with her first born's wings and horn. Quickly, the fae moved towards them.
"Hello, Therthis, my son. And hello youngling," said she, turning to Starlit Midnight. "You are my son's son. It is a joy and pleasure to meet you." she added, her eyes full of sorrow, as well as a hardness, like one who had seen too much blood in her day.
Then the fae turned to Ashton and bowed a bit. Next she bowed to Xanerath, and spoke the following words: "Xan, king of Red Sun, son of Red Death, I will fight next to your father, down the center line. However, healing will be my main duty. I will defend the injured and heal them should another unicorn not come. I will fight so much as is needed to keep Red Death and others alive. Beyond that however, I will be a healer first and warrior second."
She looked around, then nodded a bit. "Now, down to this bloody business! Best to tell this Corus you're going to kill him, then get to your hooves and fly to the fighting lands!" she said, then stomped her hooves, rearing up a bit and turning, galloping off.
Demon of the Swamp watched her go, slightly surprised. Finally, he nuzzled Mirage, his beautiful, here again gone again queen. "Well, if we don't challenge Corus, Therthis' mother will beat us to him!" the swamp horse said in his strange, slithery voice, and looked around. "So who will issue the challenge? young king Xanerath, for having planned this, or King Ashton, for being king of us all?" he asked them, looking from one of the two kings to another.

Erosaf sighed as she heard Armani's words to her. "I will be careful, my love." There was no chance that she would be falling in this battle. After all, she could only too easily take to the air if the danger was too great and fight from there. "You be careful as well," she said, nuzzling his cheek. She would not want to lose him. Not now that she had only just found him. The world seemed perfect with him by her side. She was going to fight and fight hard. There was no doubt about that in her head.
Snow Angel picked her way over to the group, finally getting there. She kenw where to fight, she had heard thigns being said even as she made her way over there. She stopped though for a moment, hidden by the trees as she saw Blue Jay standing there. A rainbow coloured maned and tailed while mare with ranbow wings followed after her. Rainbow Surprise, Blue Jay's other mare. They picked their way over to him carefully. "You be careful," Snow Angel said, looking at her mate. "We wouldn't want to lose you," Rainbow Surprise added. "So we fight with the rest as well, Blue Jay."
"It has been a long time since you and I were young, Boon boon, but I still do not want to lose you. How would i ever picka new Queen after you? Such a thing would be almost impossible, by love." Thowra sighed. "Though I suppose you will ahve an easier fight, seeing as though I am only half helll horse I go straight for Corus. He knows I ahve unfinished business with him." "At least you will be safe, my son, for i will be there with you. If I might make a suggestion here, to stop the argueing, why don't Bella, Kairva and Boon Boon stay together during the fighting. That way they can look out for each other," Yarraman said, thinking back to his own days in fights like this one. "I am sure they will look after each other, all of them if they do that."
Starlit Midnight looked over at the horse talking to Therthis, his father. "Sorry, but I don't really know Therthis even, but it was nice to meet you." Moonslight sighed as she stood there. Then she saw Dragon Wing and gave a little worried neigh. She knew he was still hurting from losing to Blade, and she was sad about that. Maybe she would be able to speak with him just once in this group. Blade could not stop her here. She nipped her son and looked in Dragon Wing's direction. He chuckled and leapt into the air, followed on the ground by her. "Dragon Wing," she called, looking at him. Her son landed beside him. "Dragon Wing?"
"Since when do I not keep myself safe, Sundara?" Bel Bel asked, glaring back up at him in amusement. "You know I have seen many a year more than you yourself. Yet I have not aged too much. I still feel much younger than I know I am." There was no doubt in her little mind that this was a fight not to be missed. Corus had much to answer to. "Plus I hope to help my son as well."
"hey you can't exactly stop me. I'm nearly fully grown," Rudi complained. "Oh sure, that comes from the one who won't look after me?" his sister laughed, laying down on the warm ground. "Both of you, leave now! Go home!" Anata snarled. Both pups looked at her with sudden fear and ran for it, tails between their legs. They knew when their mother was furious that it was only good to do that which they were told to. "That sorts that issue out, doesn't it, Anuk?"
“Oh very well. I suppose I cannot argue when there is such a wonderful friend of yours there to help you when there is a need for it.” Arthas sighed. “Stay close to me, won't you both?” he would not want to lose either of them. Though he did not really like the wolves, he knew that they were friends at the moment. “I am glad that Mactire is here to help you when there is a need for it, for I might not always be able to in the coming fight.” He had once been a forcer, but now, looking at her with her swollen sides so full of his own foal, things were different for him.
Blade watched in anger as Moonslight moved over to Dragon Wing. How dare she leave his side when she was his now? That angered him indeed. He would punish her for such a disobedience later, away from Therthis and the others who knew her. Anger was something he liked to have in him when there was a fight to be had. He sighed and then strode over towards Thowra, a smile on his mouth. For once he would actually be nice. "I suppose you're fighting near me against Corus and the others?" "That i am, Blade of Misty Mountains. Why do you ask?" "I simply wanted to know if the rumours I have heard were true, that is all." "Like what?" "That you fought him not long ago?" Thowra shuddered, knowing that none but Yarraman beside him of his herd knew about that fight. Boon Boon would be shocked as would Kairva. "I did. He tried to kill a mare, Quiet Whispher. I could not ignore that. Not after he shouted my name to get my attentoin first. No one would get away with such a thing, remember that, Blade, who happens to be my full brother." He knew that be admitting the relationship between the two that he was telling his family that he was actually full hellion. Bel Bel had just never shown it at all to them that she was of that blood. It had skipped her and passed to him.
The twins watching everything smiled and as one said, "Let us go to fight!" For the first time they were not playing their little games with everyone but speaking in proper sentences.

I nodded to Ashton, then looked over to my siblings, all who looked at me with smiles. "Then let us go. Ashton, may I request that you and I both go to Inferno Plains to challenge Corus?" I said, in a lower voice, turning to him. "Red Death, Therthis." I said, nodding to them both. Therthis nodded back, a smirk on his face.
The black spread his wings, looking at those within Vandin Place. "Come on then! Let's not let Omera have the battlefield to herself!" and with a yell he launched into the air, followed by Sky Fire and Star.
Jegathema too, turned his eyes to Bimbisaar, and with a nod to everyone, he galloped off.
I looked to Honey and Spice. "It's begun. Take care, my queen." I said, gently nuzzling her. "Blood Cinnamon, I have a request. Put aside your grudge against me for a time, and watch Honey's back. I'll watch Spice." then I followed after Jegathema, my black body moving smoothly through the trees.
Niagra darted off as well, with Heart of Gold beside him. Twins in all but blood. Heart of Gold found the presence of Red Death strange, familiar. Little did the golden horse know that his father had stood before him, his brothers, his sister. To him, Niagra was his only family.
Red Death had the speed to outstrip those ahead of him, all but Therthis, who flew above him. Quickly the painted stag settled into a steady pace, his hooves pounding the ground.
I nipped my king, my love, then followed after Heart of Gold and Niagra, the wolf called Snow Dawn falling into a quick pace beside me. My name was Ultimus. I was the last. Now though, I would be one. One among the many...

Dragon Wing
i was not too happy right now but my mood was lighted a little when they came over "hello Moon and you " i said to them and smiled "you know he will hurt you for this " i looked at them and hung my head even more i looked over at my useless wings and sighed "i just hope that my wings heal in time for this fight " i said with a sigh and looked up at the sky were i could be. I looked over and glade at Blade then moved to see if sorral was here hopefully Moon and Starlit Midnight would come with me.
Blue Jay
i smiled at Fire Fly as she nuzzled me then i saw my other two mares and smiled "i will i would not when to lose you guys either, and if you wish to fight you may its you chose to do so " i said i was like this most of the time i looked around at another stallion who was not to happy but i just looked back at my Queen and Rainbow Surprise.

Ashton lowered his head gracefully into a nod, before raising once more to his full height and eyed him. "I would be honoured," he said finally, nuzzling his mares and nodded for him to lead the way.
Desert Sun nuzzled her, breathing in her scent. Though, he would never admit it, she had him love struck. The stunning young beauty had caught his heart the moment he had seen her. "Ultimus," he whispered "stay safe."
Boon Boon frowned, turning herself away from him to watch him closely. "Thowra, you cannot die." she said simplely, lowering her tones. "If it comes to that...you do what you must," she said as her gaze flickered towards Yarraman. "No, I fight alone..Bella and Kairva you stay together...don't take stupid risks," she told her son and daughter in law.
Kairva looked at his father for a moment before nodding his head quietly, nuzzling his queen. "I am sorry my love..I worry to much," he said gently, running a cheek against hers.
Anuk chuckled quietly, giving her cheek a daring lick and nodded quietly. "Yes Anata...it worked well..." he said watching the trees. He didn't want to worry her, but he knew they would be back for the fighting.
Mactire pulled her maw back, flashing the sharp teeth hidden under the flesh. She disliked Arthas, that much was clear by the way she acted. Falesha shushed the she-wolf with a nip and sighed to Arthas. "Just stay safe...." she said with yet another wince. The foal was moving, painfully kicking her from the inside.
Kairva eyed the crowd, noticing the approaching the stallion which was heading towards his father. It was easy to tell this wasn't any stallion, this was a hellion stallion. One of Corus's kind. At his word, and his father, Kairva lept into the fray. "Father..." he said, desparte to know it wasn't true. "Please...no..." he begged, not wanting to be half hellion let alone releated to a full blooded one...and have Corus for an uncle.

Thowra sighed. “No, stay with them, Boon Boon. Keep them safe for me, please,” he said. “I cannot have you fighting alone. Family should stay together!” Then he heard Kairva's remarks about Blade. “No, Kairva. Blade and I are not related to Corus. Yarraman is our father. Bel Bel is our mother. I would never be family to Corus, and you know it. Sadly this does mean you are half hellion. You know I would never lie to you, or any of my family.” “I don't want to lose any of you!” were the last words he spoke. Thowra screamed his own challenge to the coming battle, before leaping into a gallop, the winds speed and grace he was born with he looked to now. There was no doubt in his mind that he would be having one of the worst of fights this time. It was time for a tyrant to fall, and this was the thing he longed to be a part of. There was no doubt though that he was the fastest of the silver horses that trailed after him. Of course him being in the lead of the herd was only natural, he was the true king of his land. The forest horses would fight. He could wait no longer for such a thing to happen. “The time ahas come,” he snorted as he galloped off. This would be his hardest fight yet!
Bella sighed before saying, “That means I have a hellion's strength, Kairva.”
Blood Cinnamon sighed. “No need to ask, Midnight Sun. I won't let them kill her, you know I love her still.” With that the ghostly stallion turned and galloped away, followed seconds later by Honey. “Stay safe,” she said to Midnight Sun and Spice, before following her long dead stallion away.
Arthas sighed. One day they would get along, but not yet. “Stay safe.” Then he reared and screamed as well, before leaping into a gallop after the others. Blood would be shed, but it would not be his. Not this time was it his time to fall.
A group of at least six wolves all howled as they ran after the moving horses. Clearwater was first, then Anata, then the three grey sisters, lastly Snarlfang. They were all ready for the hunt once more.

"As do I my dear queen..." Kairva whispered, his head dropping to brush the ground in pain. He had hellion blood, that made him just as bad as Corus. "Mother," he said finally, face blank of all emotion "fight with us...stay safe." Boon Boon shook her head, knowing she musnt. "No Kairva..." she murmered "I have something I must do." She nuzzled her son, then mate and daughter in law gently, knowing she must do this alone. "Stay safe...fight well..." she told them.
OOC: the actual battle has been started...so start heading over their guys XD
