Urgh, same sort of thing happened to me. My FB was stolen by a phishing site. As far as I know, there's only one way, and one chance of getting your account back. Verifying it by identifying various things (i.e. Pictures of freinds/family) correctly. After that, best bet is to make a new email address and a new FB account.

I assume you already e-mailed Facebook staff about it. All you really have to do is exactly what you described. If it is still active, provide them as much information as possible and they will either return access to you or deactivate your account. The best bet, like Otho said, is to just make another account with a completely new e-mail address and completely different password. Also, make everything private, including your pictures.Even if they have some special software, if everything is private, they shouldn't be able to access the incredible amount of information required to hack a FB. Another thing, update your firewall and spyware. There are multiple free sites that offer these programs for free and they will help you tons in the long run.

You see, she did the same on this site too, so now, I don't know my password here. With the email I used for this site, she changed the password. So, yeah. I made this account because of that thing changing everything so that there was no possible way for me to post. The more time I spend thinking about this, the madder I get. Everything was private on my FB. I had to find my friends because they could only find me through my friend's, friends box. I have no idea how it is happening. I still have my other email, even though it had been changed at first. Maybe, with the thought that they could be sued, they will change their minds about trying to control me, which is a really bad idea.

I'm sorry about hearing about this, Phantom. I've contacted Proboards Support to sort this out. Hope that helps.
