Xan
Looked slowly over the parched lands and trotted down to the solitary oasis. Another stallion was within veiw. Xan stayed where he was, downwind and about forty feet away from the king of Inferno Plains. He remained silent, not sure of what his welcome would be like.

Hades screamed out a challenge, as he saw the intruder. His hooves moved quietly across the land, but any horse could see he was angry. He was at the newcomer in a second, rearing high, threatening to kill him.
"What do you want?" He said darkly.

He saw Hades charging at him and heard the challenge. "What do you want?" asked the hell horse. "I simply wish for a home and a mate." he said, fighting back the bloodlust that rushed through him as he heard the challenge.

"Your not taking someone from my herd... There are still lands open in this desert, claim one if you wish, and become an ally to me." He told him, rolling his eyes.
"Is that really the reason why, you entered my land?"

He shook his head. "I have no better reason, what did you expect?" he said, wishing for a reason to fight this stallion and kill him. "But if you're unwilling then either I must take those whom I wish, or start my own herd." he added, reluctantly.

"Colt. Do you know why I am the most feared hell horse of all time? Every horse here, even my enemies, do not wish to fight me. You do not know how I fight, I could kill you in an instant. I warn you, do NOT get on my bad side. You are not welcome here, nor in the desert, I curse you, curse you to never get any mares." He told him. "Leave my land now, this desert, or die."

He resented being called colt, but remembered the stories of Hades. "Very well, but I curse you as well! I curse you to heirs with defects, blind and limbless children, mares who run from you and an enemy who will be brave enough and strong enough to kill you!" he said, and dashed away, towards a more promising land.

Hades smirked, watching him go, he knew he was only half hell horse, he couldn't do that with his limited power, but with himself, there was a 90% chance, it would happen...
