Athena snarled as the hellhorse stag kicked out at her, returning his aggresion with a lunge in his direction. She bared her fangs at all the stallions in the clearing. It was obvious that she wasn't herself anymore. Her empty, golden eyes burned with a thirst-induced haze. She vagueley noted a white unicorn mare entering the clearing, passing right by her, she bared her teeth at her. Her attention was then back on Corus, her orbs found their way to his. He had taken away her food. Not a good idea. She still had the taste of blood fresh on her tounge. She lowered her skull, a hiss escaping her lips. "What did you call me?" She demanded, her beautiful face still flawless in her anger.she stood up, her 21 hands clearly, nearly as tall as the hellhorse himself. Her hooves pawed to the ground, and she turned her damanding face back to him.

OOC : Hehe. I love posting with Corus in this thread, I've always got so much muse for him..!
"You heard me.. Bitch."
His dark eyes met hers. The hate he once possessed uncontrollably was certainly returning. He pawed the ground and screamed angrily. He began to laugh, prancing forwards, edging her on, taunting her. He flicked his tail, and pawed the ground again.
"I wont let you kill Sympathy. He deserves to be alive, more than you.. Mutant Bitch. "
He didn't care about anyone else right now, except the fight that would.. Possibly happen right then. A hell horse verus a vampired vixen. Who would possibly win? The two breeds were highly regarded dangerous. He found himself grinding his fangs together. He wanted to fight her.. To kill again, it was the way of the hell horse after all, and he was a purebred..
He had also noticed Ceelana going to her love. He didn't care about them right now.. Except the fight at hand. He actually felt guilty for once in his life, however. About hurting Sympathy, about doing it near a vampired vixen.. Even if she looked somewhat beautiful.. He stood 23.1hh, and still loomed over her, so he had the upperhand, as well as having unbelievable strength.
Sympathy sighed and looked up at his angel, as she came to him. "Ceelena... I love you.." He knew he was hurt badly.. But he didnt know exactly how badly. He didn't know that he was beyond repair.. He didn't know the Grim Reaper was waiting for him, his scythe pointed at Sympathy's head.
Corus turned back a second and saw him, his master pointing his scy-. "No.. Sympathy!" He cried out, knowing what would happen next. He closed his eyes and lowered his head, as the scythe moved and cut into Sympathy's heart. He heard his master's laughs echoing in his mind, and a terrible anger came over him.. He wanted to kill.. To kill everyone.
Sympathy's body lay at Ceelana's hooves. His eyes staring up at her. His blood running towards her hooves. Yet there he was, a ghost. He stood beside Ceelena and nuzzled her. "What happened to me..?" He whispered. The Grim spoke before he vanished. "You died."

Old Thowra I was completely shocked and enraged. Corus had fought with Sympathy and then Sympathy's coming back had made Athenadora thirsty. Now Sympathy was dead! My ears went back. Every one had liked Sympathy here, as far as I knew. And yet I knew that it would not be wise to have a go at Corus for this, he was too big for me to fight with.
Then my eyes went to Celeena. It was obvious she loved Sympathy. I hated to see a mare lose the one she loved, I knew what it did to them. After all, I had seen my queen after I died before I came back to live on once more.
"Corus!" My voice was dangerous with the fury I was barely holding at bay. It was no wonder i hated hell horses.

Corus was as grief-striken as many as the others, but he knew not as much as the others. He wasn't in the mood for dealing with stallions right now.. Those cocky bastards.. And even so.. He didn't want to have to deal with Thowra. Noone by Corus and the Grim knew that he wasn't right in the mind right now. It was best to leave him alone.
Corus had actually somewhat liked Sympathy. He had actually been his friend.. For some parts. He knew it was supposed to be 'play' fighting before, but it had ended badly. A couple of tears dripped from his eyes, to the floor. He pawed the ground. He screamed out in anger, in sadness, in guilt. He knew it was his entire fault.
He heard his voice inside his head. "Corus.. Help me.. What am I..?" He might have been crazy or something, not that it mattered much. The hell horse turned, his gray eyes now a blood red. He stared with hatred at the stallions.
The ghost of Sympathy nudged at Ceelena and tried to signal to the others it was time to leave.. And quick. "You have to go!! Please..! You dont know what hes like when he gets like this..!" Sympathy had experienced it before, when Corus lashed out.. And had nearly died in the process. Now he was dead..

Ceelena
"No!" I cried, lowering my horn to try and save him. It touched his flesh, but he was already gone. His fresh blood was drying upon my golden hooves. "No Sympathy!" I cried dropping onto my stomach.
Something nudged my shoulder and I looked up though my tears. Ashton stood there, sorrow in his eyes. "Ceelena.." he whispered and I gasped. Behind him stood Sympathy, his ghost like shadow watching me.
His dappled form moved forwards, his nose nudged me in haste. Words came from his mouth, but no words. "You have to go!! Please..! You dont know what hes like when he gets like this.." he mouthed and I slowly stood, struggling though the tears.
I nodded, horn almost touching the ground and turned, leaping away with a unnatural haste.

Apocalypse was sorry he was late, he couldn't help it really.. Well he could.. He just didn't care much of meetings. The painted stag walked slowly, but found himself galloping forwards as he saw what state Corus was in.
"Oh no.. Oh no.. Wher-"
He lowered his head in shame as he saw Sympathy's crumpled body. Instead of going towards the others, he cried out in anger. Flicking his tail, he found himself charging at Corus. What a idiot. He thought to himself.
He stood behind Corus, and reared, his hooves aiming for Corus' back. He landed back on all four, instead of trying to hurt Corus, he knew it was hopeless, and it would just waste his strength most of all.
"Corus.. Calm it.."

Ashton
I saw another stallion coming. Apocalypse. I knew the stallion, also that he was closer then most here to Corus. I stepped forwards, knowing we needed to calm him down soon.
"Corus," I said gently, standing between him and Athena. "Fighting will do nothing...."
My head turned, hearing the soft bounds of Ceelena. She could not stay a moment longer, or was just smart to know that he would snap. Even though I knew there was a chance I would die, standing this close to a pissed off hell horse was not the smartest thing to ever do. "Corus..." I repeated "calm.."
OOC: and bad...

"Ashton. Leave Corus, attend to the vamp.. I got him covered.."
He whispered quietly, so Corus wouldn't hear. There was little chance of it however though. He wondered what to do with Corus, remembering back to when Corus had gone crazy before.. He shook the thought away, snorting in disgust.
He saw the haunted look in Corus' eye, and knew he had to approach with caution. He didn't know if there was actually anything they could do.. But run for their lives.. But then he did know.. The Grim Reaper. He was the key to it.
He knew to bring the Grim Reaper.. Someone would have to die, and he decided it would be him.. But it risked Corus' final stage.. And he did not want to trigger it.. He lowered his head and realized he would have to take the risk. He reared, and attacked.

Corus stared at Apocalypse, none of the words made sense to him. He was angry, sad and confused.. Why did everything always have to happen to him? Or it seemed so... He stomped his hoof, and grew annoyed as he babbled to Ashton.
Sympathy smiled as he saw Apocalypse. He grew shocked as he realized what he was up to however. Sympathy shook his head at him, signaling for him to stop.. But he couldn't see him.. He screamed at him, yet it didn't work, at all.
Corus dodged Apocalypse's attempt at attacking him. He snarled at him, and bit deep into his neck. He grinned as the blood ran into his mouth. He was crazy, or had gone crazy. He didn't care what others thought of him, it was what he thought of him, was what he cared about.
The Grim Reaper smiled as he watched him destroy the mortal. He stared with a helpless grin. What a fine stallion hes becoming.. He thought. Maybe.. It's time.. He walked towards Corus and placed a hand upon his cheek.
Sympathy watched in horror. No.. It cant be.. He thought. He backed away, his ears pinned back.

Ashton
My head lowered in a slight nod and turned to speak to Athena. "Athena," I said gently, nudging her shoulder "Calm down...it is not your fault you cannot help what you are..."
I met her eyes. "Calm," I murmered
Ceelena
I slid to a stop, both frozen and torn. Those stallions...my safety...Sympathy...Ashton...Sympathy...Corus... I shook my head and span around, galloping back faster then I had left. My horn glowered, another stallion had joined the group. I slid to a stop, infront of Corus. "Stop it!" I commanded "There will be no other deaths today...you do not want it nor do I," I said, knowing it to be true. There was nothing worse then a annoyed Hell horse...there was nothing worse then a sad and annoyed unicorn. The horns weren't just for looks. "Now, last chance," I said and shot a look at the figure next to Sympathy's ghost.
OOC: and..fail..

Athena stood, shaking, torn between her hunger and the fact that she had helped cause a death. She paced back and forth, attempting to calm herself. Blood, now congealed in Sympathy's dead body, was still very attractive to her, and her eyes, were different, they were gold when she had entered the clearing, now they were red, the same beautiful colour as a pheonix. She glowled, another, fresher scent of blood was in the air, a fresh bite wound on the neck of another stag. She reared up, flicking her forlock in the air. It was obvious now, that she had no morals, that last little part of her had been let go. Ashton nudged her shoulder. She curled her lips away from her enamels, emmiting a feirce sound like a swarm of bees. She snapped her skull toward him and lunged in his direction. Not knowing, or caring, if she had got him, she set off toward the body of Sympathy. Her intentions were clear. She had finally turned into the monster she had tried so hard to resist. OOC: My fave plotline ever... lolz

ooc ;; woahz, where to start. Cadifor heard Ashwin's request and turned to him. "Of course, friend, you and your family shall be welcomed greatly." The idea of wolves being their allies was an interesting thing, though he would admit he was slightly fearful of them. His dark eyes suddenly turned as there was a great commotion, seeing the large vampire mare lunge at the injured Sympathy. He could not help but cry out with shock as the mare bit in to him. The rest was somewhat of a blur as their were many stallions shouting and rushing around. His mind came back to focus as Ceelena, the unicorn mare he had heard much of but never seen, came in to view. And then Sympathy's life departed from his body. Cadifor could still feel his presence but could not see him.
Corus was growing quite agitated and Cadifor began to worry for everyone's safety. As Ceelena turned and left, Cadifor did the same but stopped while still in view of the happenings, watching as Corus grew even angrier as Apocalypse picked a fight with him. Cadifor could still see Sympathy's body and now Athenadora was headed straight for him again. Cadifor half-reared and took off at a headlong gallop, on a collision course with Athena's side, his head low with the intent to ram her off course. He would remove Sympathy's body from this battlefield, the peaceful meeting that had become a war zone.
Falcon stood and watched, amazed by the strength and power of Corus and Athenadora. He wished that he was not just a dark hearted horse, but one of them, a horse that was naturally feared and respected. As Sympathy passed on to the next life, Falcon felt slightly unhappy with this fact and then another stallion, Apocalypse, tried to fight with Corus to give his life...for some reason. Falcon could not understand this but his mind whirled as he saw the Grim Reaper. Not thinking, Falcon took a step towards Corus and the Grim, whispering "Take me with you..." quietly to himself. Though he did not want to leave this world, he wanted to become more powerful, and control the ending of his life and the lives of others. Anger filled him as he grew jealous of Corus, though he did not show it. ooc ;; meh, suckish and most likely confusing. hahaha.

Corus smiled at Ceelena. What a pitiful mare.. So sad.. He took a step forwards, a hungry look in his eyes. He couldn't stop the urge to kill, he was bred for it anyway.. He looked over to the Grim Reaper and nodded to him. It is time to go.
"Even you cant stop the destiny of death, Ceelena."
The Grim Reaper laughed again. It was what he had predicted to happen, and he loved it. He turned to see Falcon heading towards them, and saw what he wished. He shook his head and pointed his scythe at Falcon.
"You are not one of us.. And never will be.. Unless the gods decide, fool."
Sympathy lowered his head in sadness. Apocalypse.. You idiot! Now look what you've done! He thought to himself. He found himself trying to move Ceelena, but it didn't work, he passed right through her.
The thought of Sympathy's death was still fresh in his mind, even in the past events, it was as if nothing had happened to him. He turned to the right and watched the vampire gallop past him, he lowered his head in anger. He suddenly galloped towards Sympathy's body and picked it up in his mouth. He was somewhat trying to suppress the urge to kill, for now.
He stared at Ceelena and nodded his head up and down. He was telling her in his owns words what he was about to do. He ignored Apocalypse's dead body, leaving it for the vampire now. He would let her drink his blood, but not Sympathy's.
The Grim Reaper disappeared once again, his cries of laughter ringing in Corus' and Sympathy's ears. He was gone once more, and Corus walked towards a group of trees and lay Sympathy's body down. He cried out for Ceelena to come. Reserecting was unnatural for a hell horse, even if he was able to do it, Sympathy would be forever changed.
