Celeste A graceful mare trotted, facing the woods which hid the river, but often making forays to either side of her invisible path. Checking out this, looking at that. Her clear pools of chocolate glimmered with mischief and playfulness, gleaming hide blending in smoothly with the wild colours of autumn. Celeste tossed her flaxen mane, sweet vocals escaping her lips in play as she joyfully reared, spinning round in a circle, before dropping back on her font hooves with a muted thud. Not bothering to check for others, the Anglo-Arabian continued her journey, treading cautiously down winding paths and twisting trails.
Vibrant leaves rustled under her scissoring hooves, as the fae picked up her gait from a floating trot to a graceful canter, strides smooth and precise. Her dusty mane and tail floated behind her like a banner riding the wind, high in the sky. Auds pricked excitedly, as the rumbling and murmuring of the river entered her hearing distance. The glossy chestnut paused, head thrown high, neck arched proudly, and for a moment, looked for all the world, an exquisitely carved statue. The source of life valiantly pumped harder in her chest, seeming to catch up with her excitement. At last, the end of her long journey was nearing. Nickering, she spurred herself on to a flashing gallop, fiery pelt flashing through the dull trunks of the trees.
Sharp orbs flashed with triumph, as she caught a glimpse of the winding river. The crystal waters bubbled and leaped, echoing her playful mood, stirring up her sense of mischief once more.
Eager to complete the last leg of her travel, she paced forward on even strides, nimble legs churning in a smooth rhythm. Reaching the edge of the renowned river, Celeste dipped her muzzle into the cool, refreshing water, reveling in the liquid sliding down her parched throat. Mane draping over a shoulder, orbs half-closed as she rested, awaiting anyone to come.

OOC: this could be intersting for you Saphira
Wildfire I trotted along the river, hoping to find a third mare for my herd. Three would be enough for this playful soul. There was no point in big herds, they became hard to keep safe. No, Charme, and my other mare plus a new one would be enough for me.
I loved them both equally.
Seeing a brown who was rather pretty I walked towards her.
"Greetings."

The trees parted from him as he walked, as if welcoming him to leave their presence and enter the lands of finding love, and lust. His heavy body moved quite gracefully over the dry grasses, the white feathers that tapered his legs flowing like wings on his feet. If one thought a large stallion such as he would be unorthodox and clumsy, they were gravely mistaken. The silver stallion moved with the grace of a nimble arabian, his white head constantly looking forward though his dark brown eyes turned to his sides to survey his surroundings and all of those that were around him.
He caught glances of hopeful mares but chose not to acknowledge them. He was looking for something special, not necessarily in the field of looks, but a spice to add to his already wonderful herd. He had three mares, whom he loved equally through everything, and they loved him in return. It took Cadifor a small amount of time to decide when a mare was right for him, though he would accept just about anyone, within reason.
As he continued to trot along with the flowing river, his gaze was caught by a mare with a flaxen mane and chocolate body. He slowed and almost stopped midstride as he watched her smooth gait while she cantered, but instead changed pace to a brisk walk, his tassel flicking behind him in thought as he watched her, the blaze on the mare's face accenting her features even more.
He approached her slowly, cautious of what reaction would come from her, knowing that all mares were different in their own personal ways. The large silver draft stopped a few feet away from the mare and smiled in a friendly way, hoping she would respond. "Hello, miss, my name is Cadifor. May I ask yours?" Of course, it was a rather formal greeting but in the sense of things, he thought it appropriate to be formal and respectful upon meeting all other equines.
Dark brown optics rolled to his left to see another stallion walking near. He wanted to snort to himself but kept it back, knowing it could possibly cause problems that he did not want. Every stallion could have their chance at trying to woo a mare, though in no way did he think this a competition. It was all about the connection. Either there was one, or there was not.

Celeste
The chestnut mare heard rather than saw two equines rapidly approaching her. Lifting her head in a sleek, graceful motion, she turned to face them, eyes sparkling with curiosity and warmth.
One silver and one crimson. Both having their orbs locked on her, as Celeste shifted her feet uncomfortably. Her silky flaxen tassles flicked, glinting in the air as they came down again.
The young fae gave them a welcoming smile, hide gleaming in the young light.
"Greetings," She returned to the stallions both, nodding her head to each of them in turn. In an answer to the silver stallion's, she nickered, "I'm Celeste."
Subsiding into a polite silence, she quietly urged them to speak.
(OOC: Sorry it's so short. My muse takes a long time to warm up.)

Cadifor watched the young mare for a moment, listening to her name. Celeste. Quite a lovely name, he thought to himself. But of course, he thought every mare to be a wonderful creature in her own way. Cadifor bowed his white head in respect to her. "Pleasure to meet you," he said. The silver stallion snorted lightly to himself. It was such a bother, being so incredibly pleasant upon the first meeting. Yes, Cadifor was a polite and pleasant stallion but the formality of the first approach always made him slightly uncomfortable.
He tossed his head a bit and raised his eyes to the skies, watching the few clouds that floated overhead. "Beautiful day we're having, huh?" he asked in a failed attempt at small talk. The stallion truly was no good at small talk, making conversation. He was slightly shy when it came to the first meeting, more often than not anyway. Cadifor loved meeting new equines, and animals of any sort really. But sometimes he struggled with things to talk about. ooc ;; sorry, im running low on muse atm. im at work. lol.
