Nettie The black nose lifted to the sky, the wind seemed to wind around her. She didn't mind it's icy chill, it keeped everything real. She bright blue eyes watched as the moon rose slowly, every minuite that ticked by made it reach higher into the unknown realm above.
Slowly, her tail began to wag slowly, its white shine pale against the fresh snow, smoothing a path behind her. Suddenly, and yet gracefully, she shot her head back and howled with all her might, never had she howled so loud nor so beautifully.
It was true, here in the snowfall sat the most beautiful wolf of the whole kingdom. To some it seemed. The howl came to a stop, like the closing of a choir and she rested her large head upon her paws and shut her eyes. She was safe at last...

Sulfur He had been watching her for a while, wondering if she would look up and see him. Maybe she had already know he was there, but didn't care. He didn't want to intrude, but it seemed he couldn't help it.
He watched hungrily as a hare dashed by, he knew he was hungry. He crouched from his sitting position, and yawned. The hare found its way about seven metres away from the white wolf. He whimpered softly, and laid his head on his paws as well.
His golden eyes found themselves watching the she-wolf. He found her somewhat beautiful. Throwing back his head, he too, howled to the sky. He cocked his head, ignoring the hare, concentrating on her.

Nettie The white head rose quickly, the deep eyes opening to look around her. A hare rested by her, but she ignored it and looked for the sound that had awoken her. She stood proudly, her delicate tail wagging slightly in the wind as her sensitive nose sniffed though the snow to find a single scent. Another wolf..she thought with glee, even though she was shy.
But then she froze, seeing him. His golden eyes watched her artfully as she cocked her own head to look at him from another angle. "Who are you?" she asked, taking a slightly step towards him before stopping and sitting once more. She was awed from his presence, so handsome.

Sulfur He didn't awnser her. Instead, he fled at her question. He walked smartly off, towards the river. He had a incredible thirst, as well as hunger. His ears were pricked, and he had decided he would go back after he had filled his stomache.
He had to admit, she was beautiful, and he was stupid to have turned tail and run like a scared pup. But he wasn't scared, just merely nervous, hungry and thirsty. He bent his head, and lapped up the water that passed beside him.

Nettie Her eyes wandered after him as he moved, and the suprise hit her. He had just left, just like that. So, as any she-wolf would, she followed him with her tail held high.
Her footsteps were slient, other then the snow benith her shapely paws. She sat in the trees, watching as he drank from the fast flowing river and marveled at his graceful and well muscled strides.
But she didn't make a noise, just watched.

Sulfur His golden eyes spied her from a distance. He turned his head sharply and looked her in the eyes. He knew it was dangerous, looking another in the eyes was like saying 'Let's Fight... Now'. He looked away for a second. He trotted towards her, sitting about three metres away. He then spoke."Hello. My name is Sulfur.."

Nettie She cocked her head, meeting his gaze but didn't mention anything. "My name is Nettie," she said, smiling a slight smile as he said his name. Sulfur, it suited the grey wolf. She paused, wondering what next.

Sulfur "It.. Is nice to meet you Nettie."He looked behind him, nothing was there but trees. He had thought he had heard something rustling in the bushes, maybe it was his imagination. He sniffed the air.

Nettie She started to reply, but paused mid stream, scenting the air. Her hackles rose, her teeth bared with a low warning growl. With painfully slow steps, she padded towards Sulfur growling in a constant stream. As soon as she was in striking distance, she leaped over Sulfur into the trees.
There was no noise.
A few moments later, the she-wolf return and sat infront of the trees and didn't say a thing.

The form looked quite odd stalking through the shadows of the trees. Every now and then he would step through a light spot where the sun filtered through the treetops. The sun would glint off his steely black pelt and reflect in his red eyes. He looked like a large, brumbling bear, but he was much more graceful, leading others to believe possibly he was a new species of creature, some sort of graceful black bear, perhaps a wolf-bear. But then again, that was impossible.
Draighean paused, hearing a rustle up ahead. He scented the air quickly and his hackles rose slightly, scenting two wolves ahead. A dark scowl settled on his handsome features and his gaze clouded over as he approached. He emerged from the trees a few yards down from them, growled in warning and took a few steps towards the stream, lowering his head to drink, keeping one eye on the others the entire time. He was larger than both of them, for sure, and of course if they decided to attack he would easily crush them. But that was not something he was worried about.
The black and white male smirked slightly as he eyed the male. Clearly they were both playing hard-to-get. What a juvenile game. Draighean did not play games, he hated them. Just like he hated everyone in this world.

Sulfur Unlike Nettie, he did not relax as he had heard nothing. He knew something was out there. And then his question was awnsered. What was it that had made that noise? He cocked his head and stared at the thing. He just stared."What.. Are you?"ooc : Pfft. I got no muse atm. So.. Short post..

Nettie She cocked her head, staring at him with her deep blue eyes. Was he asking her? "Are you asking me?" she voiced her question aloud but then turned her head, sensing another soul near by. The new large male growled, striding forwards to dip his shapely nose into the water before settling to stare at them both. "Oh, hello," she said, staring at him without blinking. What was she going to do with two males wanting her?

Sulfur He looked around at Nettie, ignoring the beast that now drank from the river. He scratched his ear, as he sat down. He was calm, for now. His tail wagged slowly and he looked back at the beast. He knew he couldn't take his eyes off of it, as he knew it could tear them apart so easily.

Nettie Silence, that was all the young fae heard. She huffed slightly, laying on her clean white belly as her eyes moved from male to the other. She didn't want it to come to a fight, but two males wanting the same thing never ended well.
Dropping her dark nose upon her large paws, she waited for someone to speak.

Draighean's eyes bounced from the male to the female and back again to the male, hearing his slightly rude question. The large male chuckled darkly. "I am a wolf, you see. Just like the two of you." He sat up straight and tall, extending to his full length and looking down at them. His eyes had changed slowly from red to black as he gazed at the white female, who was now laying with her head in her paws.
"Your name?" he asked, pointing the question at the female but asking both of them. Draighean growled quietly to himself. He must be going soft if he was sitting here having a conversation with these two wolves. They were obviously looking for mates, something Draighean was not on a quest to find. If it happened, then it would happen. But he could only assume that this female was not for him. However, even with that considered, there was no reason he couldn't stop for conversation.
